Questions for Leader 1)Think About the Things that Matter Most to You in Life 2)Make a List of the Top 3 to 5 Things that Matter Most to You 3)What Barriers or Hurdles in Your Life are Preventing You From Optimally Enjoying These Things? 4)If You Had the Capacity to Instantly Change Your Current Reality, What Would Be Different?

5 areas of influence 1. Personal 2. Family 3. Career 4. Church 5. Community In order to stop the bleeding, you are going to have to figure out how to efficiently balance and leverage these 5 areas of influence.

The power of Perspective Let’s put it all in Perspective: What’s RIGHT in your life? What’s WRONG in your life? What’s CONFUSED in your life? What’s MISSING in your life?

The 168 God’s given us 168 hours per week to steward. What are you doing with your 168 currently? Profession/Work Sleep Family Church Community Exercise Self-Development

The 168 Are you: Deeply Satisfied, Moderately Satisfied, Moderately Dissatisfied, Deeply Dissatisfied? What would you like to see change? Be specific about why. If you were to free up some time, what would you do differently? Describe some things you would like to do differently with your time.

Dare to dream Dreams presume exciting possibilities; they anticipate that the best of life is not merely past, but future as well!

Dare to Dream What are your top 5 Dreams for each of the following areas: 1. Your Marriage 2. Your Family 3. Your Career 4. Your Calling 5. Your Desires

Work it out Use teaching curriculum : Don’t try to reinvent the wheel, just tweak it. Recruit adult leaders and interns: Many hands make work light Invest in a youth ministry student management system Delegate ministry task to students: They can handle it Set up meetings that require action points: Say NO to people who want commitments that don’t contribute enough value to the youth ministry mission.

Work it out Beat the alarm clock: The early bird get’s a jump on being organized! Build youth ministry alliances and partnerships Outsource youth ministry administration and errand tasks to parents or to the “retired” people in your church. ***If possible Work remotely Reduce addiction: 6 am – 10 am – 2 pm – 4 pm
