SB-031 Currently in effect Raw Honey Addition of the following language to exempt raw honey from licensure at Farmers Markets.  (a) raw honey that: (i) is not combined with other food products; and (ii) if packaged, is packaged in a clean container with a label

HB-245 Raw Milk  Didn’t pass, but this is the one that keeps coming back from the dead.  We expect to see it next session.  Have heard MEHA may be trying to get an educational campaign together.

HB-285 Guest Ranch loophole closed  Very small guest ranches (0-9 guests) used to be required to be licensed while small (9-24) and seasonal ones (9-40) did not.  New definitions eliminate the ‘9’ and insert ‘no more than’ meaning that very small guest ranches do not need a license.
