11.1 The Project Life Cycle Guide to Reading Main Ideas Project teams develop many Web sites. The project manager coordinates the work of the team members. Each team member has specific responsibilities and works with other team members to create a site that meets the client’s goals and expectations. During each stage of the project life cycle, certain steps must be completed before they can start other steps. pp
