LLRA received an additional $450,000 grant for gate and access control upgrades Fiber will be run to all of our airfield access gates providing better reliability New power feeds to the south side of the airport Project 90% complete Security and Power Upgrades

Paint Hangar Expansion Construction to be complete January 2016

LLRA will be a “User Fee” Airport Application along with letter of support from the Governor submitted in February Floor plan review in progress with CBP Funding for the $300,000 renovation in place LLRA will cover the $140,000 officer expense Fees will be charged based on aircraft type Goal is to be operational 2 nd Quarter 2016 U.S. Customs Facility

Developers Agreement Plan is to put an RFP on the street in October Requesting qualified developers to help develop 30 plus acres of non-aviation land off of Drane Field Rd. Goal is for selected firm to market development area to prospective tenants and for the developer to lease land from airport and build the development for the end user
