DEFINITIONS “Company policies are the rules of the organisation. Procedure is the way those rules are carried out.” (Definition: From A Young Person, Northamptonshire 2009) What Policies & Procedures can you think of?

CONCLUSION When commissioning out services on behalf of your organisation, providers must ensure they have the aforementioned in place Providers must adhere to your organisations code of practice Evidence must be provided through the procurement process and throughout the duration of the contract
