4 PTCS Measures Installed - Public Utilities 18 Public utilities have reported over 500 measures –FY06*: 182 duct sealing, 115 heat pump –FY07: 199 duct sealing, 43 heat pump *BPA’s fiscal year is Oct 1-Sep 30 State distribution of Public Utilities –Oregon: 365 duct sealing; 125 heat pumps (10% qualify for tax credit) –Washington: 15 duct sealing; 14 heat pumps –Idaho, Kootenai: 1 duct sealing; 10 heat pumps Conservative savings estimate –Duct Sealing + Heat Pump commissioning = 0.2 aMW, to date
