WHEN

♥It’s the best season of the year, neither too hot nor too cold. ♥It is said that the moon on that day is the brightest and fullest of the year.

WHY

The origin of Moon Festival Long ago, there were ten suns in the sky. They took turns to light up the world.

The origin of Moon Festival One day, they wanted to play together. When they came out together, river dried up and plants died. People were dying of thirst and starvation.

The origin of Moon Festival Hou Yi heard people’s cries. He took his bow and arrows to shoot the nine suns down. People took Hou Yi as a hero.

The origin of Moon Festival God gave Hou Yi and his wife, Chang Er,two pills of Immortality.
