G OOD H ABIT #1: P UT F IRST T HINGS F IRST Prioritize: To put things in order of importance Why is prioritizing important?

W HAT CAN YOU DO TO BECOME MORE OF A PRIORITIZER ? Use your planner Do fun activities after important things Plan for the week Work on projects in smaller parts Do assignments due tomorrow before assignments due next week

G OOD H ABIT #2: K NOW THAT ATTITUDE IS EVERYTHING ! Be a confident student Have a positive attitude Be responsible Make good choices Think for yourself

Good Habit #3: Know how to study effectively at home! Make a regular and consistent homework and study time for yourself Find a place where you can work quietly with little or no distractions Surround yourself with the necessary supplies flashcards, notes, highlighters, books Set up a break time to refuel! Get something to eat, go outside, relax!

Good Habit #4: Know how to cope with stress! Exercise or play sports Eat well. Feed your body good food LOL- Laugh out loud and have fun with your friends Talk it over with someone you trust Take time out for yourself and rest in a quite space Get some extra sleep Organize and manage your time better Learn how to cope with angry feelings Be good to yourself and someone else
