ACADEMIC ACTIVITIES FOR Well –planned schedule of studies, timely completion of syllabus, continuous testing & evaluation. Keeping the parents in touch with the performance of their children, Regular parents – teachers meetings on the last working day for better interaction and understanding. Special guidance programme & good library facilities for bright students.

Identifications of low achievers & special care, counseling & extra classes for them. Fully developed Computer Labs with broadband internet facility for the use of students. Special coaching classes for professional courses. School Readiness Programme for class Ist students.(Six weeks) in April 2009.

Good Library & Reading Room facilities for all students. Continuous watch on the performance of students. Vocational guidance & counseling programmes for the students. Providing better Games & Sports facilities & arranging special coaching programmes in games & Sports for KVS meets. Monitoring & recording of observations of Classroom teaching- learning process & providing guidance to the teachers.

Strict discipline in attendance, dress & punctuality. Providing an environment to maintain cordial relationship between student- student, student – teacher, teacher-teacher, teacher- parent, Principal- VMC & Principal- teacher. Motivation & encouragement for staff members to do the best of students.

 S Students will be provided an opportunity to participate in competitions / programmes organized by KVS / & other organisations as per KVS directions.  VMC / VEC meetings will be held regularly.  Some campaigns like “AIDS Awareness Campaign”, “Energy Conservation Campaign”, “Save Water Campaign”, “CANCER Awareness Campaign”,“Green the Campus”, “PULSE POLIO CAMPAIGN" etc. will be initiated.

Scouting & Guiding movement will be strengthened & proficiency tests will be conducted along the camping etc. Some Workshops / Seminars / Symposiums for teachers to enhance their skills will be organized. A well planned CCA programme will provide the students an opportunity to expose their creativity & talents. ( Class wise events)
