How to cook Qabili Palau

Qabili Palau Today I want to talk about (Qabili Palau).Qabili Palau is a healthy and famous food in Afghanistan and also its very delicious. First I am going to talk about ingredient, then the method of cooking and finally how to serve it. And the end I would like to invite you to ask questions if you have any.

Ingredient 1- Meat 1 Kilo 2 - Rice 1 Kilo 3- carrot peels 4 Grams 4- pistachio peels 4 Grams 5 -Raisin 4 Grams 6- Onion, garlic, black pepper, turmeric and salt.

Follow the steps please: 1.First step put rice and a little salt for three hours in cold water.

Step 2: 2. Then put meat, onion,garlic, turmeric black pepper and 2 glasses of water in dish boiler and cook it for 15 minutes.

Step 3: 3. Then put rice in boiling water and cook it for 12 minutes and then remove the water.

Steep 4: 4. Fry carrot peels, pistachio peels, and raisins with oil and sugar just for 3 minutes.

Step 5 Finally put cooked meat, rice, peels, and 2 spoonful oil and add 2 glasses of meat’s soup from first steep then close the dish and put it on the oven for 30 minutes

Step 6: Now your Qabili palau is ready You can enjoy the taste !

If you have formal party you can decor it like this.

It takes a little time but its very healthy and delicious, ones you try, you never forget the taste. Just mix meat, rice and peels and put them in one dish that’s it. Make sure don’t fry peels with oil more than 3 minutes. In the end I want to tell you never forget healthy food because health is the wealth.
