PAST SIMPLE TENSE

Past simple verbs can be regular or irregular. affirmative Past simple verbs can be regular or irregular. Regular verbs end –d or –ed. Irregular verbs have irregular past forms (V2)

interrogative We form questions with regular and irregular verbs in the past simple with did+ infinitive(V1).
