 WHAT IS INTERJOB4YOUTH PROJECT?  INTERJOB4YOUTH is a project to promote the improvement of the labor market and to increase employability of those seeking employment abroad, encouraging mobility of workers and promoting integration. Through this project we expect in giving individualized service to the population, intended to facilitate their incorporation into the labor market, as well as to help enterprises improve their competitiveness. The aim of the project is to transfer a methodology in terms of labour intermediation, also developing a Mobility Platform to improve the effectiveness for employability and the mobility of the young people.  WHICH ARE THE MAIN OUTCOMES OF THE PROJECT?  JOB MOBILITY PLATFORM It’s a tool able to put in contact to employers with jobseekers in a open geographical context. In its first version, it's ready to run in the EU states that are participating in the project. The platform runs, with the same scheme as majority of job search services. Employers can publish job offers and registered jobseekers can apply for it. The main difference with the rest of web services, it’s the geographical scope, the platform is intended to support the job mobility between different countries. RESULTS

 SERVICES FOR EMPLOYERS FEATURES After the registration the employer will receive two automatic s: the first one with his username and password; and the second one with the information of the registered business. Then the administrator must access at as administrator and introduce login and password. After that, the activation of the company will be possible.

After the company has added a new job position, the administrator must revise it and, if it is correct, publish it. On the other hand, you can modify the where the company receive applicant’s CVs.

 SUPPORTING MATERIALS ANOTHER PRODUCTS  LIVING AND WORKING GUIDES (II) These guides contains updated information about the most common topics that are useful to jobseekers to work abroad. The selected structure it covers a wide range of information legal, financial, administrative, cultural, educative, etc. We think that this is a good complement to the mobility platform because the users can use this resource without leave the website.
