In Human Resources A training room with access to a projector and required technology.
To educate and prepare new employees through required trainings. To facilitate a smooth transition for new employees into a school or office setting. The goal is to alleviate principals and hiring managers from providing initial training with staff at the building level. Once a staff member is hired, their first day of employment is with HR.
New employees are scheduled for a morning or afternoon session via . HR staff provide all required training. New employees are able to ask questions and enter work locations ready to perform their jobs the next day.
