NPD: Access Arrangements Current process Internal & External users formally request their own specific data extracts Proposed process Internal and External users request one of three types of data extracts: 1) Pre-defined data output (e.g. standard anonymised KS4 dataset matched to School Census) 2) Non-pre-defined non-sensitive data outputs (e.g. anonymised KS3 dataset for a specific LEA) 3) Non-pre-defined sensitive data outputs Benefits of proposed process Less resource intensive Reduce bottlenecks
