Purpose of Job Calendars Used in conjunction with attendance program (USPSCN/ATDSCN) to determine: Contract days worked (USPSCN/JOBSCN) Retirement service days (RETIRE) ODJFS weeks (ODJFSRPT) EMIS absence/attendance days Assists in charging holidays and calamity day to appropriate USAS accounts.
What Appears On A Job Calendar? W = Work day H = Holiday C = Calamity Day M = Make-up Day Blank = Non, work day or Unpaid holiday
