 This subjects will be free for Saudi students who need to get the IELTS (International English Language Testing System) to get admission from the United States universities and others countries. It will be in English institute in Saudi Arabia. The program will be provided in separate rooms for men and women who need to learn skills to be successful with the IELTS and compete with learners in 21st century.

 1-Provide content to prepare students for IELTS exam.  2- Make students practice IELTS exam through programs and different websites  3- Help students to get good scores in IELTS.  4-Give a chance for student to know their levels in English language.

 To find the needs of the students, An IELTS pre test will be given to see students’ levels, compared to their necessary test scores. The IELTS class requires that students practice online to get IELTS skills which are reading, listening, speaking, and writing. Students must finish a pre test every week. Teachers will give students some strategies to pass the exam. Also the teachers will create online sources that help student to have the basic skills of the exam.

 We chose the Discrepancy-Based Needs Assessment Model because a lot of students want to pass IELTS exam, and they do not have enough skills in listening, writing, reading, and speaking. Additionally, to be successful in IELTS exam student must know how to access and find materials from books, journals, and online sources.

1-Students need to practice listening exam in the classroom (lab). 2-Students need to make conversations with native speakers during the class. s 3-Students need to practice reading skills such as scan, scam, and annotation. 4-Students need to know how to write essays and analyzes graphs’ Task. 5-Students will have many websites to practice the IELTS exam at home.

 Instructional software is installed in computer labs.  Students who take IELTS classes should be finished level 4 or upper intermediate in English.  Teachers should have 7, 0 degree in IELTS.  Each teacher has resources in their classroom to implement the new technologies such as doc, camera, projector, screen, and application download.  Classroom computers (1-5 in each classroom).  iPod, iPad, and iPhone.  Twitter, and Facebook.
