DOWNLOADING, SAVING AND PRINTING A REPORT Select ‘Download PDF’ to enable you to save a copy of this report to your computer The chart can only be downloaded as a PDF file (see below). A PDF version is provided to allow the chart to be printed directly onto A4 paper without any manipulation to the user’s print settings

DOWNLOADING, SAVING AND PRINTING A REPORT Selecting ‘Save’ allows you to save the chart to your computer without opening it Selecting ‘Open’ will open the chart in a new window which will allow you to print and/or save to your computer

DOWNLOADING, SAVING AND PRINTING A REPORT When ‘Open’ is selected the chart appears in a new window Select to print the report Select ‘file’ and ‘save as’ to save the report

Under this view the report can be downloaded as either a PDF,EXCEL, or CSV file (see below) Select ‘Data’ to view the Tabular view of the data Select ‘Download ’ to view the download options
