During My Gap Years… In 2004, decided to take a break and experience the “real world” and “organisation politics”. In 2006, time to return… Academic friends help to keep my publication and connection going while I was working..

Reflection on the journey so far… Definitely hasn’t been easy.. Be fortunate to build up a network of mentors and friends Make effort and lot of hard work! Utilise the resources Never stop your research spirit! Enjoy it and not let it run your life… Still have plenty to learn, long way to go….
