ULTRACHEM CORPORATION Reporter: Repellent Mesh Bags Fruits grow in natural environment

Repellent Mesh Bags Structure Principle To repel fruits fly by repellents inside plastic instead of toxic chemical and reduce the environmental pollution.

Feature 1 Repel fruits fly Guava stung by fruits fly Repellent mesh bag avoid from fly attack

Dragon fruits stung by fruits fly Repellent mesh bag protection Feature 1 Repel fruits fly

Feature 2 Good ventilation and pervious to sunlight

Excellent photosynthesis; increase fruits sugar content Feature 3 Mango sugar content comparison drawing used different kinds of bags (10pcs for each sample)

Feature 4 Increase taste and nature smell

Feature 5 Prevent inside moisture accumulation Sugar apple in non- woven cloth bags Sugar apple in PE bags Sugar apple in repellent mesh bags

Feature 6 Easily observe fruits growth and maturity for harvest Repellent mesh bagscan’t be observed by wrapping paper bags

1. Reduce usage of toxic chemical pesticides. 2. Prevent toxic residuals. 3. Lower production cost. 4. Avoid growers breath in pesticides during the wrapping process. Feature 7 Fruits can be earlier wrapped Dragon fruit wrapped in repellent mesh at bear fruit Benefits :

Comparison of repellent mesh bags and paper bags Repellent mesh bagsPaper bags Good ventilation and pervious to sunlight. Poor ventilation and light transmit. No heat accumulated problem. Poor heat dissipation. Don’t keep rain and repellent won’t be flushed off. Repellent mixed in side plastic. Easy broken in the raining and has rain accumulation problem. Mesh designed without heat pile up. Make fruits grow in nature. Water proof paper become worse ventilation and light transmit. Easy observe fruits growth and maturity for harvest. Can’t observe fruits growth and maturity. Excellent photosynthesis increase fruits sugar content ( ∘ brix) and flavor. Poor photosynthesis cause lower sugar content( ∘ brix) and lesser flavor. After bagging fruits growth hasn't dormancy. About two weeks dormancy occur after bagging. Can be used repeatedly to save cost. Only one time used.

The difference between repellent and conventional mesh bags. Repellent mesh bags contain by repellent agent. Conventional mesh bags hasn’t repellent agent.

Recommendations Mesh bags keep fruits in nature color. Light color fruits such as: loquat,we strongly suggest don’t use. Fruits on orchid side, please keep leaves as shelter to prevent from sun burn problem. Repellent mesh bags are mainly for fruits fly but not for all insects. Validity is till the bags fade into different color. Sterilization is strongly suggested for repeated use.
