Web Meeting gives you the ability to:   Manage your calls online   Change account options   Share Microsoft® PowerPoint® presentations with participants   Record your entire meeting including any visuals for playback later

To log on to Web meeting simply go to Select: Products TWNConnect TWNConnect Web Meeting Start a Conference (participants will need to join the conference)

When the chairperson login screen is presented enter :   Your TWNConnect Phone Number   7-Digit Access Code   Chairperson Passcode (Participants will not need to enter a Passcode)

To end a web conference select: To End Conference   “End Web Conference” button or exit the Web Meeting   You will be asked for confirmation to verify end of conference   Once confirmed, the Web Conference is ended
