Three determinants of healthy food healthy food 1- food composition 2- food’s vital energy 3- cosmic forces, food types and effects on mind

Relation Between Body and Mind

Our body is composed of countless cells The cells are the basic units which give form to the physical body.

Each cell performs different functions in the system skin cells

physical structure individual mind (low level of development) sense of self or “I” feeling, as they are alive Each cell has: Parts of the cell

Kinds of cells Cells are basically of two kinds: Protozoic cells  Uni-cellular  Less developed mind Metazoic cells  Pluri-cellular  More developed mind

The entire human structure can be regarded as one metazoic organism.

The human mind Is the collection of minds of both the protozoic and metazoic cells plus the central unit “I” feeling, or existence feeling, of the human entity. It is a collective mind, having a relationship with all parts.

The aura or glow of effulgence radiated from the human body is the collective effulgence of all its composite cells.

The aura changes accordingly with Changes in mental feelings can cause variations in the health of the human being. Mental feelings
