JournalingAssignments

Your Journal | Assignment SheetAssignment Sheet 1) Your Dreams: (Every Morning) 2) Stream-of-consciousness: Daily (usually Morning or Night) 3) Creative Ideas

They can inspire your creative work and help you learn how to tap your subconscious mind. In the dream state, the mind unleashes creative images and ideas without the confines of logic or inhibition. Areas of the brain responsible for logic are operating at a low level during dreaming. Why write down your dreams?

A lot of creative work is dreamlike.

Many famous ideas came in a dream  After years of thinking about the problem of relativity, Einstein’s theory came to him in a dream. The theory of relativity is not “logical” based on what we think we know our physical world.

 A lot of famous creative people used their dreams.

What Dreams May Come
