Architecture Developers (Domain Owners, COI managers, JCIDS process supporters) Provides ready access to the data to support their purposes (e.g., analysis, architecture development, program assessments). Testing Community (e.g., JITC) Enables easy access to ISP data to support interoperability test plan development or validation.
