FINANCIAL SUSTAINABILITY

ACHIVEMENTS & CONTRIBUTIONS: Special Projects Thabo Mbeki Development Trust This collaboration assisted in addressing 50 disabled learners who were trained on a unit standard Skills Programme in both Water and Electricity disciplines in an entry level Learnership. This Skills Programme was both sectors and the participation of ESETA stakeholders employers who in opening their workplaces provided actual working environments is highly commended.

ACHIVEMENTS & CONTRIBUTIONS: Special Projects ESETA and Department of Education – This Collaboration has empowered more than 2000 learners- of whom 14 were disabled – to undergo and complete training in the basic Elconop II Electrical Skills Programme which was implemented in 26 rural areas of North West Province. During the training period, electrical wiring was undertaken in schools, churches etc. to fulfill the practical component of the training.
