What have we learnt? South-South knowledge sharing requires integrating issue based approach w/ different mediums of sharing and learning. Network should facilitate transformation of information to knowledge Piyoo Kochar

What have we learnt? Tacit knowledge requires more motivation, effort, and ability to transfer than codified knowledge Tacit knowledge services have long term impact across regional boundaries Piyoo Kochar
