Question1  How long have you taught?  Since I graduated from the teacher training school in  For 27 years

Question2  Why did you choose this job then?  My parents expected me to find a stable job, and to be a teacher is the best one.  A fifteen-year-old child’s thought is limited,so what school you can pass in the exam decides your job in the future.  To pass the exam of the teacher training school was very difficult.

Question3(1)  How is the process from a teacher to a director to a principal? What’s your appraisal? (1)Nation plans this system, but every country is different. Question3(2) (2) I think the process is interesting.  If there isn’t this process, many people won’t have their goals.  The administrative process is not enough.  Some professional process will make people motivated.

Question5  In the teacher training school:  Many classes in daytime  A lot of activities in the evening  Spent five years as ten years  Learned how to become a good teacher

Question5  Being a teacher:  Started when I was 20 years old.I taught and grew up at the same time and got experience.  Develop my own way of teaching when I taught my first students.  Kept interacting with students  Led ball teams and Science Exhibition teams during this period

Question5  Being a director:  Passed the exam and got the qualification of directors  Always gave three programs to my principal when they asked me how to do something.

Question5  Being a principal:  Commuting time is not fixed  It’s possible for principals to be called out on holidays  A principal represents a school. If people want to know about a school, they always observe the principal,so principals usually wear a suit when they go out.

Special Question  Why teachers always made requests to students but not themselves?(We are helpless about the trash cans in teachers’ office.) Teachers are the hardest to teach. They ask students to do everything right, but they sometimes didn’t follow the rules. It’s double standard. We respect teachers because of their profession. They are not perfect. So just think they are old but childish.
