Mission Founded in 1995, United Neighborhood Centers of Milwaukee (UNCOM) is a committed citywide force of neighborhood centers working together, serving urban youth and families by providing opportunities to enhance quality of life and solutions for challenges facing Milwaukee's community.

Vision UNCOM is Milwaukee's preeminent collaborative partnership, supporting healthy, wholesome, and empowered neighborhoods.
