August 2011 Summary  Minneapolis occupancy in August was 83% - equal to the all-time historic high for the month of August.  ADR at $140 exceeded the historic five-year average for the month of August and surpassed the year-ago rate by $  As a result, RevPAR reached an all-time historic high of $116 for the month of August. 2
