STEWARDSHIP MUST BE Spiritually based A balance of Time, Talents and Treasure

TO GROW YOUR GARDEN, THREE THINGS ARE NEEDED…

SUN-a self-luminous heavenly body; star Time   Volunteer   Serve the Church   Lend a hand   Lead a project   Set an example

WATER-to sprinkle, moisten, or drench Talents   What unique qualities do you have that can contribute to the Church’s needs?   Electrician   Carpenter   Gardener   Cook   Accountant   Painter

FERTILIZE-to make fertile; enrich; to make productive. Treasures   With God’s guidance, determine what you can do   We are expected to be Good Stewards with what God has given us   Make your commitment TODAY!   A monthly commitment helps the Church budget for it’s expenses

2012 STEWARDSHIP 1 Mark 12:41-43 The Widow's Offering Jesus sat down opposite the place where the offerings were put and watched the crowd putting their money into the temple treasury. Many rich people threw in large amounts. But a poor widow came and put in two very small coins, worth only a few cents. Calling His disciples to Him, Jesus said, "Truly I tell you, this poor widow has put more into the treasury than all the others.“ Our Stewardship focus for Equal Sacrifice, not Equal Giving! Our Stewardship focus for Equal Sacrifice, not Equal Giving!
