Whereas, the Market Rate of the similar Flat in the same area would be around Rs. 55- Lakhs. RISK? -NIL. No risk since we are investing the money in the Land and getting an Undivided Share in the Land. In this project, the persons investing for 2BHK will be getting a land measuring 945 sq ft as UDS in the Land.
