The Problem Kentucky has the highest rates of obese teens, smoking teens and diabetic teens in the nation. We are what we eat!! Our Weight is always a balance of: Calories IN! Versus Calories OUT!!

DAILY, RIGOROUS EXERCISE HAS DISAPPEARED FROM THE AMERICAN WAY OF LIFE.

THERE IS A WAY OUT OF THIS DILEMMA!! Changes in two daily life-style HABITS can make HUGE differences in your life! in your life!

We must start today to teach the doctors what to teach their patients!!!! And, we must start today to teach the public what must be done.
