Is some fast food healthier than others? If you are having fast food more than once a week, try to make healthier choices. Choose foods that are grilled instead of fried. Have low-fat salad dressings instead of the full-fat kind. Have salad instead of fries or chips. Use mustard or ketchup instead of mayonnaise.

Healthier choices - continued Order smaller portions. Choose water, low-fat milk instead of sodas or fizzy drinks. When ordering pizza, add veggies instead of meat, and get thin crust instead of deep crust. If fruits and veggies are available, try to add them to your meal.
