Include basics about what you observed. Include relevant background information. This narrative should reference specifics about the activities, environment, interactions, objects and users you observed throughout your rotation. Be sure to address the following questions: What worked well? What didn’t work well? What devices were used? What problems did you observe on this rotation? Include specific details about the observation. You may include photographs, sketches, charts and graphics.
