Introduction to AR – ER – IR Verbs in the present!

 In Spanish the are only 3 branches of verbs. Meaning that all verbs can be categorized to a specific format.  Exp: Nadar = is an Ar verb  Comer = is an Er verb  Escribir = is an Ir verb

 In Spanish if you know the format of the verb, then you are able to conjugate the verb. In other words, you are able to change the endings  Exp: Nadar = can be changed to Nado  Comer = can be changed to Comes  Escribir = can be changed to Escribimos

 Que te gusta hacer = what do you like to do  Bailar = to dance  Nadar = to swim  Escuchar música = to listen to music  Correr = to run  Esquiar = to ski, depending the region in the world.  Escribir Cuentos = to write comics

 Montar monopatín = to skate board  Ver la tele = to watch TV  Dibujar = to draw  Cantar = to sing  Montar en Bicicleta = to ride a bicycle  Usar la computadora = to use the computer  Jugar videojuegos = to play video games
