Fast Start Qualify To Advance… 7 3+1 OR 20 days from effective date (memberships + recruit) 7 (memberships) OR 20 days from effective date Key Points: LegalShield has a program called Fast Start. The Fast Start Qualification program rewards you for starting fast. You need 3 memberships and 1 recruit or 7 memberships in order to fast start qualify. This has to happen within 20 days from your effective date, the day you get signed up as an associate. Why only 20 days? We found that associates who invest more tend to take their business more seriously. We also found that when the qualification rates were high in the past, there was a 15 day period for Fast Start Qualification, which created a significant sense of urgency. Today, the Fast Start Qualification period is 20 days, which still creates a sense of urgency. Get started now and quickly move into activity mode. You only have 20 days!

To Advance… Fast Start Qualify 3+1 = $300 (3 x $100) 7 = $700 (7 x $100) OR If you choose the above option you will earn $120 on 4th, 5th, 6th, & 7th sale. Key Points: 3 memberships and 1 recruit equals $300. You only get paid for the memberships that you sell. That’s 3 times $100. 7 memberships times $100 equal $700. Either approach is still great extra income, and you are already in profit mode. All amounts shown based on sales of a $39.90 plan.

If You Don’t FSQ… 3 + 1 OR 7 You still need the same: Paid “as earned” until achieved* Same $…associate decides how they want to get paid within 20 days = advanced | beyond 20 days = as earned Key Points: If you don’t fast start qualify, you will still need to accomplish the same thing to advance. 3 membership plus 1 recruit or 7 memberships. Your commissions will be paid as earned until you achieve 3 memberships + 1 recruit or 7 memberships. It’s the same money but paid out differently. Associates can decide how they want to get paid that money (i.e. as earned or advanced commissions). If you FSQ within 20 days, you can receive advanced commissions. Beyond the 20 day FSQ, the commissions are paid as earned, which means the commissions are paid as the member pays. *as earned: commission paid based on member monthly payment

Example An associate on the 21st day has 5 members: They will get paid as earned on all 5 memberships Plus, on memberships 6 & 7 when they sign them However, on membership 8, because they advanced to Sr. Associate, they will start earning advanced commissions on their sales  AND The upline will earn all overrides as each membership is sold, regardless Key Points: Here is an example: An associate has 5 members on the 21st day has 5 members, which means they missed their FSQ. The associate missed their fast start qualification, which means that he/she would get paid as earned on the 5th member plus members 6 and 7 as they sign those members up. On the 8th membership, because they advanced to Sr. Associate, they would start earning advanced commissions on their sales. Their upline will earn all overrides as each membership is sold, regardless of whether the new associate fast start qualifies or not. So the upline has an interest in continuing to work with the associate all the way through their 3+1 or 7 memberships.

Once you fast start qualify with 3 memberships + 1 recruit or 7 memberships, you will earn higher commissions and advance up the career path. All amounts shown based on sales of a $39.90 plan.

Sr. Associate $120 + 3 (memberships) Associate $100 Key Points: You then will advance from Associate to a Sr. Associate and the commission increases to $120 when you market the 39.90 membership. All based on the $39.90 plan. How do you reach the Manager level on the career path? You need three legs (people who joined your business ) 3 separate lines plus 15 organizational sales or personal sales. So that means, you and your 3 associates sell 15 memberships combined or you sell them personally. That’s how you achieve the Manager level. All amounts shown based on sales of a $39.90 plan.

At the Sr. Manager level, you can earn $160 in commissions when you market the membership. How do you get there? You must help 3 people on your team become Sr. Associates in 3 separate legs and there are 50 organizational sales or 50 personal sales. Another way to achieve this level is to help 3 people fast start qualify and there are 50 organizations sales. Because this is a new compensation plan, if you already meet the qualification, all you have to do is market a membership or recruit someone and you immediately get the raise. +3 +3 +3 All amounts shown based on sales of a $39.90 plan.

You can earn $190 in commissions when you personally market the membership. How do you get there? It’s simple, the strategy is, as you continue to move up help 3 others move up. Help 3 manager legs and get 100 organization sales or 100 personal sales and you are a Director. +15 +15 +15 All amounts shown based on sales of a $39.90 plan.

All Permanent Positions Director $190 All Permanent Positions Sr. Manager $160 Manager $140 Sr. Associate $120 Associate $100 Key Points: All levels are permanent. A permanent position is one that once you achieve that level of the commission structure, you can’t fall back to a lower level. You will continue to earn commissions based on this level until you earn the next level up. All amounts shown based on sales of a $39.90 plan.

Key Points: Good things come to those who work, not those who wait, in business. Don’t take your foot off the gas. Work harder at each level to see more income. The key is to work, not wait!

You can earn $230 when you market a membership. You have to work harder for this level. *as earned: commission paid based on member monthly payment

Sr. Director Monthly Qualification Must be a Director Minimum of 25 counters/month with no more than15 from one leg Can be all personal sales Must PC qualify Current directors are grandfathered in until 10/1/15 There is another big perk…covered later. Key Points: To qualify, you must be a Director first. You are learning and gaining experience along the way so that you can help and develop other leaders. You have to have a minimum of 25 counters per month with no more than 15 from any one leg. They can all be personal sales, if you choose to and haven’t built a team. You must Performance Club qualify. All current directors are grandfathered in to Sr. Director until 10/1/15. At that point, you must meet the qualifications each month to maintain your Sr. Director position. If you don’t meet the qualifications, you will go down to the Director position.

*as earned: commission paid based on member monthly payment Reach for the Top! Executive Director $280 Key Points: Why stop there? Why not reach for the top? You can hit Executive Director. You can be and example to others. It pays $280 in commissions for a personal membership sale. And, it is a full-time position! *as earned: commission paid based on member monthly payment

ED Monthly Qualification Minimum of 50 counters per month No more than 20 from one leg Personal sales of 50 will count towards ED qualification  PLUS a new activity requirement… Key Points: To qualify for Executive Director, you must have a minimum of 50 counters per month. No more than 20 from one leg, however. Your personal sales of 50 will count towards ED qualification. And, there is a new activity requirement. Associates who have been active in LegalShield for 25 years are exempt from the activity requirement.

ED Monthly Qualification Must Meet 1 of 2 Activity Requirements PC Qualify (no email needed) OR Key Points: Let’s discuss the new activity requirement. Associates who have been active in LegalShield for 25 years or more are exempt from the activity requirement. Of course they still have to meet the other qualifications. In order to be paid as an Executive Director you must meet 1 of the 2 new activity requirements. Number 1: You need to Performance Club Qualify. You don’t need to let us know that you PC qualified. It is already recorded by the system. OR Associates who have been active in LegalShield for 25 years are exempt from the activity requirement.

ED Monthly Qualification Must Meet 1 of 2 Activity Requirements Fulfill 2 of the following 3 requirements*: Attend 2 PBR’s/Briefings/Luncheons/Super Saturday events each month Host 2 LegalShield calls (team call, PCC, training call) with a minimum of 5 LegalShield associates participating each month; or, Pre-Register and attend the International Convention or Company Sponsored ED Retreat or B2B Conference within a 12-month period Key Points: If you don’t Performance Club qualify and you are looking to get paid as an Executive director, you must fulfill 2 of the 3 following requirements. You must: Attend 2 PBR’s/Briefings/Luncheons/Super Saturday events each month. Host 2 LegalShield calls (team call, PCC, training call) with a minimum of 5 LegalShield associates participating each month; or You must pre-register and attend the International Convention or a Company Sponsored ED Retreat or the B2B Conference within a 12-month period. Executive Directors will fill out a form indicating which events they participated in and send that form to Associate Services by email to ExecutiveDirector@legalshield.com by the end of each quarter. * Associates must notify Associate Services by an email to ExecutiveDirector@Legalshield.com by the end of the quarter.

Override (Passive Income) Executive Director – $280 Monthly Qualification Positions $50 $90 Sr. Director– $230 $40 Permanent Positions Director – $190 $30 Sr. Manager – $160 $20 Manager – $140 $20 Sr. Associate – $120 $20 Key Points: Let’s talk about overrides. Overrides are Passive Income. The passive income pays out a differential compensation. That means you get paid the difference between your level and the level of the associate who wrote the membership. In this example, if you are Sr. Associate and you have an Associate on your team. The Associate is at $100 and you, the Sr. Associate, are at $120. The difference is $20. You get paid the differential compensation of $20. The difference between the Sr. Associate level at $120 and the Manager level at $140 is $20. The difference between the Manager and Sr. Manager is $20. By the way, this is cumulative, so if the Sr. Manager has an Associate who writes the membership and the Associate is direct to them, that means that they will make all of those overrides of 20+20+20, which equals $60. The difference between the Director position and the Sr. Manager position is $30. Again, these are all permanent positions, meaning you cannot decline in rank, only advance. There is a $40 override between the Sr. Director and the Director level. The Executive Director level has a $50 override between the ED and Sr. Director level. Associate – $100 All amounts shown based on sales of a $39.90 plan.

Compensation Sketch (Based on $39.90/month) Example earnings are monthly amounts based on overrides derived from 39 downline associates producing the stated number of memberships. Actual numbers will vary based on level advancements made by downline associates which will change the override advance amounts being paid to the Senior Director. Key Points: You should do this! To qualify for Performance Club, you must earn five or more points per calendar month. The benefits of qualifying for Performance Club include recognition, bonuses, incentives, and trips. Everything is about writing good business. Sell the membership the right way to assist with achieving your persistency requirements. After the first month of PC qualification, your name will be posted on the Associates Only site. When you PC qualify for four consecutive months and have met the persistency requirement rate of 87% or higher, you will receive special recognition. When you PC qualify for eight consecutive months and have met the persistency requirement rate of 87% or higher, a $150 cash bonus is awarded. When you PC qualify for 12 consecutive months and have met the rolling persistency requirement rate of 75% or higher, a $300 monthly cash bonus is awarded.   *Persistency requirements apply
