Admission Standards Open- All high school graduates are accepted until the school’s enrollments capacity is reached. ACT score of Liberal- Some freshmen who are accepted are in the lower half of their high school graduating class. ACT score Traditional- The majority of freshmen accepted are in the top 50 percent of their high school graduating class. ACT score Selective- The majority of freshmen accepted are in the top 25 percent of their high school graduating class. ACT score Highly Selective- The majority of freshmen who are accepted are in the top 10 percent of their high school graduating class. ACT score 25-30

Matching to the College Profile Evaluate the strength of the courses you have taken compared to the college core curriculum. Compare your class rank with the ranks of the enrolled freshmen at the college Compare your test scores with the average test scores of enrolled freshmen

Campus Visits Special Visit Days- these are group visits on specified days. Find dates on the Student Services webpage Personal Visit- Schedule an individual meeting with an admissions counselor Visits at East Lansing High School- by college admission officers during Excel. These visits are announced and posted on the Student Services webpage.
