Air Ceiling - Unidirectional ceiling air distribution system

ADVANTAGES ISO 5 1)Best possible protection for the patient 2)Dynamic Overpressure of the Aseptic Nucleus 3)Faster “Recovery Time” of the room 4)Best comfort for the Surgical Team 5)Best Flexibility

Air Ceiling - Unidirectional ceiling air distribution system Surgical operations have the following characteristics Type of Operation Air quality Class Necessary Air Flow Terminal Filter Distribution Generic Surgery ISO 720 Vol/hH13 Turbulent Specific Surgery ISO 5250 Vol/hH14 Unidirectional

Air Ceiling - Unidirectional ceiling air distribution system Turbulent distribution: generic surgery Air quality class: FED 209: class ; ISO 14664: class ISO7 Air flow: 15/20 ac/h

Air Ceiling - Unidirectional ceiling air distribution system Unidirectional ceiling air distribution system: specialistic surgery Air quality class: FED 209: class 100; ISO 14664: class ISO5 Air flow in the aseptic zone only: 250 ac/h

Air Ceiling - Unidirectional ceiling air distribution system

TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS 1)Necessary Air Flow: m3/h 2)Trapezoidal HEPA H-14 Filters 3)Plenum and Air Distribution 4)Crystal Curtains 5)Energy Bridges for electric and gas connections

FOUR MODELS FOR A GLOBAL PROTECTION

Air Ceiling - Unidirectional ceiling air distribution system STATIC CEILING WITH CRYSTAL CURTAINS The curtains also contain a lighting (accessory) of the lamination system which gives a magnificent indirect light effect. The curtains also serve the need of containing laterally the air flow. The curtains are mandatory in case the tool beam is needed.

Air Ceiling - Unidirectional ceiling air distribution system STATIC CEILING WITH CRYSTAL CURTAIN AND TOOL BEAM FOR THE CONNECTION OF SURGICAL INSTRUMENTS The tool beam is needed to connect all surgical instruments; it therefore has electric socks, movable tool carrying arms for the surgeon and anestisian and for the connection of the surgical gasses. The height of the beam must be of at least 2 m from floor level so not do disturb the surgeon.

Air Ceiling - Unidirectional ceiling air distribution system VENTILATED CEILING WITH CRYSTAL CURTAINS The recirculation fans are installed in the corners of the surgical room and are connected by ducts, downstream an F9 suction filtered grill installed in the lower part of room and upstream the unidirectional cealing. The fans have an air flow of approximately 2000 m3/h each. Upstream and downstream the fans sound dampers are installed which can guaranty that at a height of 1,7 m at the center of the room the sound pressure level does not rise above 46 dB(A).

Air Ceiling - Unidirectional ceiling air distribution system VENTILATED CEILING WITH CRYSTAL CURTAIN AND TOOL BEAM The tool beam is needed to connect all surgical instruments; it therefore has electric socks, movable tool carrying arms for the surgeon and anestisian and for the connection of the surgical gasses. The height of the beam must be of at least 2 m from floor level so not do disturb the surgeon.
