GTA Committee Membership - Department Head, Chair of Committee - Graduate Program Coordinator - Faculty Member (one year rotating assignment) GTA Assignment Committee - Identify GTA commitments (GCF awards, start-up, etc.) - XX% of uncommitted GTA positions to recruit students (using GCF model for awards process) - Award Guidelines GTA Assignment Guidelines - No faculty member should have more than 1 student supported using GTA funds (unless as part of a GCF commitment) - GTA awards are for a single year (unless otherwise specified by Department Head)
