Explanation. Recount. Poetry - vocabulary building (list poems) & calligrams. Uses of everyday materials Identify and compare the uses of a variety of everyday materials including wood, metal, plastic, glass, rock, paper and cardboard for particular uses. Find out how the shapes of solid objects made from some materials can be changed by squashing, bending, twisting and stretching. Switched on computing Unit 2.1 ‘We are astronauts’ Summary: Programming on screen. Focus: Programming. Resources: Scratch. Experiment with, create, select and combine sounds using the interrelated dimensions of music. Use a range of materials creatively to design and make products.
