Diversity At El Dorado, KS I worked with lower economic status. The majority of the students I worked with had parents who were in El Dorado correctional facility. There were mostly white but a few were Hispanic.

Diversity At Union 6 th and 7 th grade center I worked with a predominately Hispanic community.

Diversity As required by NSU I had three internships. – The first one was at Keystone Elementary working in a rural community with 3 rd grade students. – The second internship was at Inola Middle School working in a small town with 5 th grade students. – The third internship was at Jenks Middle School working in a large town with 8 th grade in social studies.

Diversity At all of my internships I worked with a variety of students ranging from poverty level to upper class. White, African-American, Hispanic, and Asian-Americans. I have even made a brochure about diversity that is attached to the next slide.

Diversity Attached is the front and back of a diversity brochure made for READ 4043 Fall 2007.
