7 Plan for Organize the 2nd IEEE Region 10 Technical Colloquium in a different city Schedule Solicit for proposals – announcement sent on 1 Feb 05 Original deadline for submission of proposal – 28 Feb 05 New deadline for submission of proposal – 31 May 2005 Budget Requested US$3,000 to be used as seed funding for the Colloquium and for meeting other colloquium related expenses.

8 2.Seek more corporate sponsorships and establish joint program for the industry for the Region 10 Colloquium and other technical activities. 3.Provide assistance to sections/councils in the organization of technical activities and in the coordination of other regional technical events. 4.Provide assistance to Education Program Coordinator and Student Activities Coordinator
