A guide for helping your math student catch up!

   These 2 websites are valuable to access Math Course information online from home or on the go.

YOU MUST HAVE A LOG-IN AND PASSWORD TO GET INTO THIS SITE!!! The good news is….your child has been given this log-in and password from their math teacher! If your student has lost this, you may contact the school to receive this info.

If your student cannot quite remember, it may help if they know that the log-in is a combination of a few letters of their first and last names. Your password when you log in will be: blazers

 First, you will notice that you are enrolled in a class. This is just your class from school. It is a place where your child’s teacher can make assignments. If you have been out some time, ask the teacher if she can assign the lessons your child missed. When you log in, this will be available to you!  You will also notice you have FULL ACCESS to the online version of the math book.

 The math book that is online will be exactly like the one that they have in the classroom…..and more!  Students will be able to access video tutorials of examples, as well as interesting videos about real-world applications to the topic.

 Phschool.com is a site where you can find information about the pearsonsuccessnet program. It gives several examples of the products, and offers video tutorials on how to use the site.  Choose “click here” under course content to get an overview of everything that is offered.

 Once you are on the content page, you can select ‘reference materials’ and find your student’s math book to access tidbits from inside.
