MVA HUNGARIAN FOUNDATION FOR ENTERPRISE PROMOTION Foundation: The Hungarian Foundation for Enterprise Promotion (MVA) is an independent organization established in 1990 with the intent to encourage the formation and development of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Hungary.. Status: Acting as a service provider the overall objective of the MVA is to promote, through various services, the development of the Hungarian SMEs, a sector of particular importance in terms of social and economic policy.
