Peres Elementary School Pending California Department of Education (CDE) approval – Project has been submitted to the CDE – Approval anticipated by July 2012 Office of Public School Construction (OPSC) submittal will occur upon CDE approval – Preparing submittal in anticipation of CDE approval

Other Funding Updates Anticipated Cash Allocations – LPS -- $2.4M (1-2 weeks) – Richmond HS -- $11.5M (July/August 2012) Bond Authority Reserved – Nystrom ES -- $775K (in line for cash allocation) – LPS -- $11M Estimated (anticipated to get in line for cash allocation July 2012) Submitted to OPSC – Kennedy HS -- $6.5M Estimated (updated from $6.1M) – Portola JHS -- $14.3M Estimated – Ohlone ES -- $1.8M Estimated
