Professional Development and Performance Management RPD – there will be a required Professional Development – NQT, EPD APD – Agreed Professional development Systems Leadership - promoted through SEF (School Effectiveness framework) All staff on continuum
Continuous Professional Development WAG review of CPD and Performance Management ITT – entitlements of inclusion Core NQT / EPD professional development Mandatory ALNCo training Explore potential to work with other agencies e.g. Health – Child Development courses
