How Green Are You? You are busy in your house tidying up going from room to room spending 5-10 minutes in each. Should you switch the lights on and off every time you move from room to room OR Keep the lights on until you’re done because turning them off and on uses more energy?

How Green Are You? Which form of transport is better for the environment? – Driving by car – Flying by plane

Answers: Turn them off! Just having the lights off for 3 seconds saves the energy it takes to switch them on again. Cars! Although cars are massive polluters, planes are much worse. The CO2 emitted on 1 planetrip from the UK to India would take 2 trees 99 years to absorb.
