 TO PROMOTE UTOPIA WITHIN GENERIC YOUTH PROVISION  TO CHALLENGE HOMOPHOBIA IN YOUNG PEOPLE ON A LARGE SCALE  TO USE LGBT HISTORY MONTH AS A VEHICLE TO ACHIEVE THE ABOVE
