Duties: Unit Leader Balances unit’s activities to meet members’ needs oSocial. oSpiritual oEducational oRecreational Update unit members on Parochial, Vicarial, Diocesan, Area, and National CFM; and vice-versa Represents CFM in the Family & Life Ministry of the Parish (if it is the only Unit in the parish)

Duties: Unit Secretary Keep updated information on members Remind members oDate of unit meeting oBirthdays & Wedding Anniversaries oAction on circular letters oIndividual/Unit Actions Keep record (minutes) of meetings, etc. Coordinate with Parish Secretary, if any Assist the Unit leader, as may be assigned

Duties: Unit Treasurer Collect membership dues, covenant pledges and donations and remits them to National CFM oPrepare statement of accounts to members oFollow-up and remind on collectibles oDisburse unit funds as authorized oRecord and report all cash receipt and disbursement Coordinates with Parish Treasurer, if any Assist the Unit leader, as assigned COLLECTS

Duties: Unit Chaplain 1.Motivate CFMers to practice simplicity in life style especially in the fellowship portion of the meeting. 2.Check to ensure that Unit actions conform to basic human and Christian values. 3.Plan retreats and recollections of the unit. 4.Helps the Parish Priest/Chaplain

Duties: Unit Gabay 1.Helps Unit-Leader and host prepare for the next unit meeting 2.Reminds the unit about the discerning process of Observe, Judge & Act (OJA). 3.Ensures the strict observance of the BBS four (4) simple rules of (i2i & MDP, KISS, DT). 4.Encourage good time management (starting and ending meetings on time)

Duties: Meeting Host 1.Reserves the venue for the agreed date/time 2.Help Unit secretary remind unit members 3.Provide the refreshment (1 solid/1 liquid only) 4.Consults Unit Gabay/Chaplain in preparing for the scriptural reflections of the next unit meeting 5.Lead in the scriptural portion of the meeting. 6.Prepares the venue for the meeting 7.Restore the venue in its original arrangement Function is rotated among the members
