SMALL BUSINESS OWNER TYPES

THE BUSINESS MODEL Acquire innovators that want to test small business ideas. Charge for rent, staff and support activities. We will charge $10,000 per month for two clients at the same location. This nets the company $7, per month not counting start up costs which we estimate at $200,000.

SCALING THE BUSINESS MODEL To scale we need to add locations. Starting with a single location the company will net $94,720 per year. Scaling up to 8 locations nets the company $757,760 per year.
