Summary of Community Action Plan Presentation What was the plan? Plan was to read the toolkit and understand the principle and make a presentation to the team. Ensure the team members understand the concept and able to apply the toolkit at work place on planning CR activities. What happened? Understood the subject and made a presentation to the team and suggested that CR adopt the same plan or approach in planning its activities to improve performance. What went well? Presentation was made short and simple for everyone to understand and use at the work place. Exercises done were based on real life situations experienced by the communities. What did not go well? Improve on the presentation skills. Be confident and avoid reading from the presentation. Encourage teamwork as it was lacking in our presentation despite a lot of time given for the preparation. 13

Summary of CAP Presentation Cont’d What lessons were learnt? Learnt a lot in doing presentation and gaining confidence. Team work was essential for such trainings as this will be applied at work situations. Also learnt that a lot of reading, researching and practical examples would greatly help improve presentations. 14
